Many Western Industrialized Countries are looking for technically well educated people to grow their business also in the future.I started a Non Profit Initiative and would like to help people find an
adequate position in Germany getting fair compensation, finding pretty good living conditions and having an excellent future for them and their families.

My motivation is thankfulness after a real good working life as an International Human Resources Manager and knowing that I rather could help a lot to support young and motivated people to improve their living conditions.

The idea promises to create win-win-win effects for all who find together.

First of all for the candidates who will find a real good job in a country with high standard of living.

Secondly for the companies they cannot find well educated employees in their home countries, so that they will be happy to pay an adequate provision for finding the right people.

Thirdly for the organizations they are educating candidates who are going to start their jobs in Germany.

And lastly my initiative will also help that more and more people will
find a better future. The project will grow and grow - because of the fact it is worth for it.

I want to help to find jobs in Germany, especially in the field of technique, health and elder care.

I would be glad working together with all people who like my idea to provide best opportunities for underprivileged persons they are not responsible for their uncomfortable situation.
